At the Engineering Competence Center, we carry out services and projects for the automotive, rail and oil & gas sectors, among others. Specialized teams of engineers work within project groups and competence groups, whose activities we manage. We also implement training and certification programs as part of improving the engineering competence of our consultants.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets; monitor progress and adjust as needed
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and resolve issues promptly
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and customer requirements
• Prepare regular project status reports and documentation
• Drive continuous improvement and support process optimization initiatives

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Experience in project management within the automotive or manufacturing sector
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
• Advanced knowledge of English
