Responsibilities:

• Provide critical technical support and implementation services for the back-office financial systems.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to assess and implement technical solutions that meet business needs.
• Focus on development using solid software design principles, object-oriented programming, design patterns, and test-driven development practices.
• Evaluate system performance, diagnose technical issues, and propose effective solutions.
• Maintain detailed and structured technical documentation.
• Participate in new initiatives, contributing from the specification stage through to development and implementation.
• Plan and conduct testing for new releases and updates, including the design of automated test cases using frameworks such as Gherkin.
• Implement new features and resolve bugs using Java as the primary development language.
• Ensure smooth integration and communication between systems.

Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field.
• Proficiency in backend development using Java.
• Experience with behavior-driven development (BDD) and Gherkin syntax.
• Strong understanding of system connectivity and integration within the financial domain.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems efficiently.
• Proactive and results-driven approach to work.
• Good understanding of financial workflows and processes.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps or similar development tools.
