Java Developer - DROOLS with Microservices & Spring Boot

We have an urgent requirement for Java Developer - DROOLS with Microservices & Spring Boot for one of the bank in Abu Dhabi, UAE

Strong experience on DROOLS Rule Engine is the MUST to apply for this position

Strong experience on Microservices & Spring Boot is the MUST to apply for this position

Strong experience on AWS, OpenShift is the MUST to apply for this position

Strong experience in Core Java is must to apply for this role

candidate will have extensive experience in Core Java, Spring Boot microservices, and rules-based development using DROOLS

Design, develop, and maintain applications leveraging DROOLS Rule Engine and DMN.

Build and deploy Spring Boot-based microservices as part of a distributed architecture.

Generate and consume Drools rules and decision tables at runtime.

Develop clean, reusable, and testable code in Core Java using modern design patterns.

Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to support frequent and reliable delivery.

Work closely with business analysts and architects to translate business rules into technical rules.

Collaborate with DevOps and Cloud teams to deploy applications on OpenShift, AWS, and PostgreSQL.

Write unit tests using JUnit and support TDD/BDD practices.

Work in a fast-paced Agile development environment, contributing to daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Required

• 11+ Core Java
• 8+ DROOLS rule engine
• Must have delivered projects in DROOLS
• Experience in Generating Drools File and consume them in runtime
