Who you are 🧐

To further develop our product and our engineering organization, we are expanding our team with a new colleague. To thrive and have fun in this role, we believe you are a person who truly enjoys building amazing product experiences. As you will have a strong voice in prioritizing what we build and how we build it, we believe you have a background that includes:

• At least 5 years of experience in product development, demonstrating a consistent track record of delivering impactful solutions from ideation and customer interviews to delivery.
• Proven expertise working within scale-up environments or organizations undergoing rapid growth.
• Full-stack development background.
• Highly developed skills in managing and owning the entire software development lifecycle, from conception to deployment and maintenance.
• Passion about addressing complex challenges by delivering solutions that prioritize simplicity and create value for customers.

What you will be doing 💻

• Play an impactful role in building and scaling our SaaS platform, with a strong focus on delivering value to customers.
• Design and implement scalable architectures, solve complex problems, collaborate across teams, and build solutions from scratch.
• Be part of a product team as a developer. Join customer interviews, ideate solutions and ship products.
• Be a mentor to others by coaching and growing your teammates.
