About The Role

We are seeking a thoughtful and highly skilled UX Designer to join our team in a part-time, freelance capacity. In this role, you will be instrumental in translating our vision into engaging, intuitive user experiences across multiple touchpoints, including our public-facing homepage, internal search tools, and agency admin interfaces. Collaborating directly with Vendry’s leadership and product teams, you will be responsible for designing elegant solutions that enhance usability and visual appeal. Your work will directly influence how brands navigate our platform and how agencies manage their presence, ensuring a cohesive and high-quality visual identity throughout the user journey. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a high-impact product, shaping the future of agency discovery for a global audience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of UX/UI design experience, preferably with a background in B2B platforms and marketing websites.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions for desktop and mobile interfaces.
• Proficiency with Figma or similar design tools for wireframing, prototyping, and managing design systems.
• Ability to translate product goals into clean, intuitive user flows and interfaces.
• Experience working in fast-paced, asynchronous environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Bonus: Experience with marketplace or SaaS products, or designing admin tools and dashboards.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Design and iterate on core pages of the Vendry platform, including the homepage, landing pages, and onboarding flows.
• Lead UX/UI design efforts for new features within our agency search application, such as dashboards, filtering tools, proposal views, and administrative workflows.
• Create detailed user journeys, wireframes, mockups, and clickable prototypes using Figma or similar tools.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams to ensure designs are feasible and seamlessly integrated into the platform.
• Develop and maintain our design system, ensuring visual consistency across all components and touchpoints.
• Conduct lightweight usability testing, gather feedback, and implement improvements to enhance functionality and user clarity.
