User Experience Engineer

Senior UX Engineer (Onsite – Raleigh, NC)

Duration: 6 months (possible extension)

Location: Onsite in Raleigh, NC 27615

We’re seeking a Senior UX Engineer with strong Figma expertise and visual design leadership to join a cross-functional team focused on creating intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. This role requires hands-on UI/UX design skills, user research experience, and the ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.

✅ Must-Have Skills:

• 3–5+ years of professional UX/UI experience
• Advanced Figma skills: components, auto-layout, variables, themes
• Strong visual design and branding experience
• Experience creating and maintaining a Design Language System (DLS)
• Familiarity with Material Design, Apple HIG, Android, and W3C accessibility guidelines
• User research & usability testing: test plans, moderating sessions, reporting
• Ability to communicate design rationale clearly (written & verbal)
• Willingness to work 100% onsite in Raleigh, NC
• Bachelor’s in Human Factors, HCI, or related field

Nice to Have: Experience in medical devices or regulated industries
