Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Security Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud security, network protection, and enterprise-level security architecture. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing security solutions that protect our organization’s IT infrastructure, data, and assets from cyber threats.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement comprehensive security architectures for cloud environments, ensuring robust identity management and data protection.
  • Manage and secure enterprise email platforms, VPNs, DNS, and firewall systems to prevent unauthorized access and mitigate risks.
  • Develop and maintain cloud identity management solutions, ensuring secure access control across cloud platforms.
  • Establish and monitor secure VPN and proxy configurations to safeguard internal resources and user connections.
  • Configure and maintain DNS security settings to prevent threats such as DNS spoofing and cache poisoning.
  • Manage firewalls and defender tools to protect the organization from external and internal threats.
  • Work closely with IT, engineering, and operations teams to ensure security policies are aligned with business objectives.
  • Regularly assess system vulnerabilities, perform risk assessments, and initiate threat detection and response protocols.
  • Provide guidance on security best practices, standards, and regulatory compliance.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Security Architect or a similar role with hands-on experience in network and cloud security.
  • Expertise in cloud identity management, email security, VPN, proxy, DNS, and firewall defender tools.
  • Strong understanding of network architecture, VPNs, firewalls, and DNS configurations.
  • Proven experience in designing security frameworks that support robust data protection and privacy measures.
  • Familiarity with compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST) and experience with security audits.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or similar.
  • Experience working in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Knowledge of security automation tools and technologies.
