We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Power Platform / AI Engineer to lead the design, development, and optimisation of innovative business solutions using Microsoft’s Power Platform and related technologies. You will work across automation, data integration, AI capabilities, and collaboration platforms to deliver scalable and intelligent enterprise applications.

Power Platform Solutions:

Design, build, and maintain complex Power Apps and Power Automate Flows for internal and client-facing applications.

SharePoint Development:

Develop and customise SharePoint environments including Site and Library layout and design, metadata architecture, security, custom webparts, and end-user design enhancements.

Migrations:

Lead SharePoint Online and on-prem migrations, with hands-on experience using AvePoint or similar tools.

Integration Engineering:

Build secure and scalable API integrations to connect Power Platform solutions with Azure services, third-party SaaS applications, and data platforms.

AI and Copilot Integrations:

Leverage Copilot Studio, AI Agents, Logic and Function Apps and Azure AI/ML services to enhance business apps with intelligent automation, NLP, and predictive capabilities.

Full-Stack Engineering Support:

Contribute to backend development and integration using .NET, supporting custom connectors and APIs within the Power Platform ecosystem.

• 5+ years of experience in Power Platform development (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
• Strong SharePoint development and migration experience.
• Experience integrating AI agents and copilots in business workflows.
• Proficiency in building and consuming APIs (REST, Graph API, custom connectors).
• Hands-on experience with Azure Cognitive Services, ML pipelines, and Copilot Studio.
• Experience with .NET for backend development.
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-400, PL-600, AZ-204, AI-102) highly regarded.

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 compliance, security models, and governance.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with business stakeholders.
• Experience in Agile delivery environments and DevOps practices.
• Demonstrated ability to lead solution architecture, requirements gather, project scoping, or technical project streams.
