Key Responsibilities
- Provide 24x7 support for Biztalk platforms, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Monitor system performance using APM tools and proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Manage and maintain Biztalk servers, including installation, configuration, upgrades, and regular maintenance.
- Implement ITIL best practices for incident, problem, and change management within the Biztalk environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Implement and maintain best practices for Biztalk platform management and support.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Conduct regular system audits and implement necessary improvements to enhance system efficiency, security, and compliance.
- Provide training and support to junior team members as needed.
- Proven experience in managing Biztalk platforms in a 24x7 support environment, preferably for banking customers.
- Strong knowledge of at least one scripting language with emphasis on Automation of manual tasks
- Experience with at least one Job scheduling tool like Control-M
- Strong knowledge of Biztalk server installation, configuration, maintenance, and upgrades.
- Expertise in leveraging APM tools for monitoring and troubleshooting system performance.
- Experience with ITIL practices, including incident, problem, and change management.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with system audits, security best practices, and documentation.
- Relevant certifications in Biztalk, APM tools, and ITIL are a plus.
