Join our team at Omniva! We're on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Microsoft Administrator to join our Infrastructure team. You’ll be responsible for managing and maintaining our Microsoft ecosystem, including services like Microsoft 365, Azure, and Windows Server. You would handle user accounts, keep systems secure, automate tasks, and troubleshoot issues to ensure everything runs smoothly and reliably across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee Microsoft 365 Ecosystem: Manage services like Entra ID, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and Intune to ensure seamless collaboration and productivity
- Maintain Windows Server Infrastructure: Administer Active Directory, Group Policies (GPOs), DNS, DHCP, and Exchange to keep systems running smoothly
- Optimize and Monitor Azure Environments: Configure virtual machines, networking, security protocols, and backups for robust cloud operations
- Enforce Strong Security Standards: Implement cutting-edge policies like multi-factor authentication (MFA), Microsoft Defender, data loss prevention (DLP), and compliance protocols
- Streamline Operations with Automation: Leverage PowerShell and Power Automate to simplify workflows and enhance efficiency
- Ensure Peak System Performance: Monitor and maintain system reliability, minimizing downtime and maximizing user satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
- Bring 3+ years of hands-on expertise with Microsoft technologies
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, and Active Directory
- Exhibit strong scripting and troubleshooting skills to optimize processes and resolve issues effectively
- Implement security best practices and showcase a solid understanding of networking principles
- Bring a can-do attitude and strong ownership for project success, rooted in your technical proficiency
- Commit to personal and team growth, enhancing efficiency and productivity
- Proactively share insights and ideas to foster continuous improvement and learning
- Demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills in English, knowledge of Estonian is considered a plus
- Having fundamental Microsoft certifications is a valuable bonus
