he Product

hippyPro is the platform that simplifies shipping and fulfillment processes for merchants, helping them automate and speed up their operations. We are currently undertaking a major initiative to modernize our tech stack to a fully distributed system to support our business growth for the coming years.

ho are we looking for

t ShippyPro, we’ve built the most extensive online e-commerce logistics library, and we’re seeking an exceptional UX/UI Product Designer to lead the design of our logistics innovation roadmap and work closely with our development team.

our mission will be to craft user-centric designs, create intuitive interfaces, and ensure our solutions offer an exceptional user experience in this rapidly evolving industry.

his is a hybrid remote position with 2 days a week in the office in Florence, Italy.

hat you will do

O
• wn the end-to-end design process, from high-level ideation through to detailed design and validation in the market
D
• evelop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas
C
• ollect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to shape requirements, iterating on designs based on user feedback
U
• se data, A/B testing, qualitative research, and usability testing to optimize user experience and interface design
C
• ollaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and track design metrics and KPIs
S
• tay ahead of industry trends and integrate best practices into the design process

hat you will bring to the table:

• ou are a strong problem solver

• ou have 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design in building digital products, SaaS.

• ou have a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and thought process.

• roficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.

• amiliarity with AI tools

• xperience with Web-app and API-based products

• ull professional proficiency in English
