Career Renew is recruiting for one of its clients a Rust Engineer (Solana) - this is a fully remote role for candidates based between PST-CAT timezones.

We are building the future of decentralized finance by bridging cutting-edge blockchain protocols with real-world financial primitives. Our focus is on delivering transparent, efficient, and composable DeFi infrastructure. We’re currently building an Ethereum-based lending protocol and are looking for a talented Rust Engineer with deep Solana DeFi experience to join our core engineering team

What You’ll

• DoLead the design and development of Rust-based smart contracts for our Ethereum lending protoco
• l.Leverage your experience in Solana DeFi to inform protocol design, security practices, and performance optimization
• s.Work closely with smart contract auditors to ensure high standards of security and reliabilit
• y.Collaborate with frontend, backend, and product teams to bring new features and improvements from idea to deploymen
• t.Write clear and maintainable code, tests, and documentatio
• n.Contribute to architecture discussions, protocol mechanics, and new DeFi primitive

s.What We’re Looking F

• orStrong proficiency in Rust, particularly in the context of blockchain developmen
• t.Deep experience with Solana and Solana DeFi protocols, such as Serum, Raydium, Mango, or simila
• r.Familiarity with DeFi concepts including lending, borrowing, liquidation, interest rate models, and collateralizatio
• n.Experience with building high-performance, secure on-chain logi
• c.Passion for clean code, testing, and documentatio
• n.Comfortable working in a remote, async-first tea
