Product Manager for Digital Equipment (Ref:od5UK)

Our client, a regional Leader in the healthcare industry, seeks an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and management of its digital equipment portfolio.

Objectives

Lead the development, management, and promotion of our client's digital equipment portfolio, focusing on CAD/CAM systems, 3D scanners, and advanced dental technologies to drive innovation and support growth in the dental market.

This includes cutting-edge CAD/CAM systems, 3D scanners, and advanced dental technologies. Effective collaboration and expertise in project management, CAD/CAM design, and the dental equipment domain will be crucial for driving innovation and growth in the dental market.

What you would do & responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create product positioning, demonstrations, and training materials.
• Monitor product performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Provide technical expertise and training to sales teams and customers.
• Collaborate with the technical service team to address servicing, maintenance, and warranty needs.
• Partner with logistics, marketing, and customer service teams for efficient delivery and promotion.
• Work with external vendors and manufacturers to ensure product quality and compliance.

Qualification/Certification requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Dental Technology
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a dental technician, with hands-on expertise in digital dental equipment (e.g., CAD/CAM systems, 3D scanners, or digital milling machines).
• 2+ years of experience in product management or a related role, preferably in the dental or medical device industry.

Technical Skills:

• Deep understanding of digital dental workflows, including CAD/CAM design, 3D printing, and intraoral scanning technologies.
• Familiarity with dental software platforms and their integration with digital equipment.
• Proficiency in analyzing technical specifications and troubleshooting equipment issues.

Soft Skills:

• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Fluency in Romanian and English.
