About the project:

We’re looking for an experienced UI/UX specialist ready to take ownership of an innovative AI-based lab assistant tool and help drive a broader digital strategy. The ideal candidate will work independently, collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams, and communicate clearly in English.

Key Qualifications

-Proven experience of at least 3 years in UX design, interaction design, or information architecture with full project ownership

-Comprehensive portfolio showcasing UX projects, ideally including AI or B2B products

-Hands-on experience with AI-based products

-Deep understanding of user-centered design principles with the ability to create detailed wireframes and prototypes for complex web applications

-Experience in corporate or enterprise environments collaborating with cross-functional teams

-Strong proficiency in Figma, with familiarity with Material Design System and Angular as a plus

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

-Ability to work collaboratively with developers to ensure seamless design implementation

-Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, or AJAX as a bonus

Key Responsibilities

-Grow an AI-based lab assistant tool by taking ownership, shaping its vision, and influencing strategy

-Contribute to a broader online strategy by integrating design work across all digital products

-Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, marketers, and designers throughout the product lifecycle

-Share UX knowledge, advocate design ideas, and inspire alignment with the design vision

-Base design decisions on data by defining KPIs, running A/B tests, and collaborating with analytics teams

-Produce high-fidelity mockups and UI components with attention to typography, color, spacing, and layout

-Contribute to and maintain the Design System while adhering to brand standards

-Evolve the visual identity and enhance UI aesthetics for all digital products
