About The Role

We are seeking a thoughtful and highly skilled UX Designer to join our team on a part-time, freelance basis. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the user experience across various touchpoints of our platform, including our public-facing homepage, internal search tools, and agency admin interfaces. You will work directly with Vendry’s leadership and product teams to craft elegant, intuitive, user-centered designs that enhance both the client and agency experiences. Your contributions will influence how brands navigate our marketplace and how agencies manage their presence, ensuring a cohesive and visually compelling experience that aligns with our brand identity. This role offers an exciting opportunity to have a tangible impact on a high-growth platform by translating complex requirements into simple, effective design solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of UX/UI design experience, preferably across B2B platforms and marketing websites.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions for desktop and mobile platforms.
• Proficiency with Figma or similar design and prototyping tools.
• Experience managing and applying design systems to ensure visual consistency.
• Ability to create user journeys, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Excellent collaboration skills with product and engineering teams to ensure feasible and high-quality implementation.
• Strong understanding of usability principles and ability to conduct lightweight usability testing.
• Comfortable working in an asynchronous, fast-paced environment.
• Bonus: Experience with marketplace or SaaS products, or designing admin dashboards and tools.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Design and iterate on key pages of the Vendry platform, including the homepage, landing pages, and onboarding flows.
• Lead UX/UI design efforts for new features within our agency search application, such as dashboards, filtering tools, proposal views, and administrative workflows.
• Create detailed user journeys, wireframes, mockups, and clickable prototypes to facilitate development.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams to translate designs into functional features, ensuring technical feasibility and seamless user experiences.
• Apply and maintain the design system, ensuring visual consistency and brand coherence across all components.
• Conduct lightweight usability testing, gather feedback, and implement iterative improvements to enhance functionality and clarity.
