What You'll Do & Impact:
- Deep Technical Vetting: Conduct granular technical assessments of early-stage Web3 projects (codebase, architecture, smart contracts, security models, scalability solutions).
- Innovation Analysis: Identify and evaluate core technical innovations, underlying protocols, and potential technical risks.
- Technology Landscape Mapping: Track critical advancements, emerging tech stacks, and infrastructure developments across the Web3 ecosystem.
- Inform Core Services: Your research will directly inform and enable Capvise's "Developer's First Look" assessments, ensuring our technical due diligence is robust and precise for our clients.
- Build the Technical Dossier: Meticulously contribute to Capvise's proprietary database, enriching it with critical technical intelligence on projects and their underlying foundations.
Who We're Looking For (Required):
- Deep Technical Acumen: Proven understanding of blockchain technologies, decentralized systems, and cryptographic principles. Familiarity with smart contract languages (e.g., Solidity, Rust) or major blockchain protocols (e.g., Ethereum, Solana) is highly desirable.
- Analytical Mindset: Exceptional ability to dissect complex technical documentation, identify patterns, and draw insightful conclusions about project viability and innovation.
- Meticulous Organization: Detail-oriented with strong proficiency in managing and categorizing technical data and insights.
- Strong Written Communication: Ability to produce clear, concise, and impactful technical reports and summaries for non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrable Passion for Web3: Active interest in blockchain, crypto, or decentralized technologies (evidenced by personal projects, active community participation, self-study, or previous roles).
