What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead a high-impact DevOps team, driving advancements in CI/CD tooling and practices, especially with Jenkins.
• Play a strategic role in developing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD tools and processes that will shape the company’s digital future.
• Own the team’s day-to-day deliverables and support their growth, while enhancing the CI/CD environment at an enterprise scale.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Experience: 8+ years in CI/CD management and team leadership.
• CI/CD Expertise: Hands-on experience with enterprise CI/CD tools, especially Jenkins, and a track record of managing large-scale environments.
• Agile Leadership: Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Technical Knowledge: Advanced skills with Octopus Deploy, JFrog Artifactory, SonarQube, and Bitbucket.
• Product Vision: Experience in product ownership, particularly with Jenkins, to drive innovation and stability in CI/CD environments.
