As a Senior Business Analyst & Project Manager, you will:

• Lead and manage global Salesforce CRM and QCM (product quality mgmt.) projects
• Translate business needs into effective CRM/QCM solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders across functions and cultures
• Drive process improvements in sales and product quality
• Facilitate workshops, define user journeys, and manage backlogs
• Work closely with agile teams to deliver value quickly
  
  

You will report to the Product Manager – CRM/QCM and work closely with the Business Transformation & Change Manager, Product Owners, and development teams.

To succeed, you will need

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst (Salesforce experience preferred)
• 7+ years in Project Management
• Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Skilled in writing user stories, process flows, and business requirements
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
• Experience facilitating workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirement-gathering sessions
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, or MS Project
• Bonus: Experience with SAP, data migration, or system integration
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

Job location

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our premises in Prague, Nantes, Stockholm, Pune.
