Program Manager

Job description:

• Program Manager for Warehouse Project (Ridge)
• Develop roadmaps and plans in line with overall program targets
• Identify risks, dependencies and act on those accordingly
• Foster a collaborative environment across cross-functional teams
• Coordinate IT delivery from product organization (40+ product teams)
• Track program financials and ensure adherence to program budget
• Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders through regular reporting.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with program goals

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of program management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
• Experience from Software development projects
• Experience from Warehouse projects
