Responsibilities:

• Direct collaboration with business users in the creation of reports using Power BI and Microsoft Excel – understanding their needs and supporting the definition of business requirements
• Participation in the development and redefinition of internal reports to align them with current business needs
• Participation in the development of internal processes related to reporting, taking into account the organization's informational needs
• Creating and co-creating reports and scorecards to monitor the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Developing user-friendly tools for analyzing available market and internal data for ongoing monitoring of business performance
• Maintaining the database and data systems used for reporting

Requirements:

• Fluent polish and communicative english
• Minimum 2 years of experience in positions related to BI/Analytics
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools, particularly Power BI and Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with languages and tools such as DAX, Power Query, SQL, VBA, and SAP S/4HANA
• Openness to learning and expanding knowledge
• Ability to effectively manage tasks and priorities
• Ability to work both in a team and independently
