We are seeking a talented Senior OR Lead Full Stack Developer with expertise in PHP, Laravel, AWS, Vue3, and unit testing (PHPUnit) to join their team. Responsibilities:

• Lead Development: Take the lead on software development projects, from conceptualization to deployment, ensuring high-quality code and on-time delivery.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering their growth and helping them achieve their full potential.
• Technical Expertise: Utilize your deep expertise in PHP, Laravel, AWS, Vue3, and PHPUnit to architect and develop robust and scalable web applications.
• Ownership: Take ownership of the entire development lifecycle, including code reviews, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Project Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, scope, and objectives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Architecture and Design: Participate in architectural discussions, contribute to technical decisions, and design efficient and maintainable software solutions.
• Code Quality: Enforce coding standards, best practices, and conduct code reviews to maintain the highest code quality and security.
• Testing: Lead unit testing efforts using PHPUnit and ensure comprehensive test coverage for all developed features.
• AWS Integration: Leverage your expertise in AWS to host servers, store documents, and optimize cloud infrastructure for performance and scalability.
• Team Leadership: Inspire and motivate team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative development environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience ( 5- 8 years ) in full stack development with a focus on PHP, Laravel, AWS, Vue3, and unit testing.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to take the lead on projects and guide junior developers.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in modern software development practices and tools.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
