What You'll Do

• Plan and manage periodic customer communications including newsletters, blog stories, and product campaign updates.
• Oversee and maintain content quality and visuals across our owned channels such as website, email, social media (Instagram, LinkedIn).
• Create engaging blog content highlighting company milestones, employee achievements and team culture.
• Lead Instagram content creation and actively engage employees to contribute and share authentic stories.
• Organize and support business representational events and professional fintech conferences.
• Drive VIALET’s own ecosystem initiatives: organizing meetups, panels and networking events including preparation of presentations, giveaways, agendas and related materials.
• Produce and manage branded assets like business cards, merchandise, personalized client gifts.
• Coordinate production of high-quality short videos annually for various marketing channels.
• Maintain and update company profiles on external platforms such as Google Business Profile, Rekvizitai, LinkedIn and others.
• Collaborate with internal teams to produce performance reports.
• Monitor competitor communications and contribute to communication and marketing performance reports.
  
  

What You'll Bring

• 4+ years of experienced in project management within communications, marketing or related fields.
• Higher education in communications, marketing, journalism, business, or equivalent professional experience.
• Excellent writer with strong content creation skills and attention to detail.
• Skilled at managing multiple projects and deadlines independently.
• Proficient with social media management, particularly Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Comfortable organizing and coordinating representational events and working with external partners.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of fintech or payments industry is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and collaboration skills - able to work well with colleagues and partners.
• A proactive mindset, strong sense of ethics, and willingness to take initiative.
• Fluency in Lithuanian and professional working knowledge of English (additional languages are a plus).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
• A positive, can-do attitude and a desire to #do.it.right.
