The JOB

We are looking for a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our dynamic team. You will work alongside product engineers, designers, and business strategists to uncover insights, develop dashboards, and build scalable reporting systems that shape the future of our products.

Your role will focus on delivering actionable intelligence through dashboards, reports, and ad hoc analysis to support data-driven decision-making across the company.

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be instrumental in transforming raw data into meaningful insights that improve user experience, optimize product features, and drive business growth.

The PERSON

We are looking for experienced BI professionals who can take ownership of their work, collaborate effectively, and are passionate about leveraging data to drive decisions. Ideal candidates have:

• Strong experience with Tableau (or similar BI tools) for creating dashboards and visual reports
• A solid understanding of SQL and the ability to write optimized, insightful queries
• Experience with product and marketing analytics platforms like Amplitude
• A sharp analytical mindset and attention to detail, ensuring high data accuracy
• A good understanding of key business metrics and how to report on them effectively
• Experience working with real money gambling or sweepstakes is a mandatory
