Senior DevOps Engineer

A fast-growing fintech company in Stockholm, dedicated to helping people consolidate loans and improve their financial well-being, is looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to join their tech team.

The company is looking for a proactive DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure infrastructure primarily on AWS. You will be key in automating deployments, optimizing cloud resources, and ensuring reliability and security across the platform that supports financial services for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines using AWS-native tools and Terraform.
• Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, including services such as EC2, ECS, Lambda, RDS, and S3.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions to ensure system health and performance.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to automate infrastructure provisioning and application deployments.
• Enforce security best practices and compliance within the cloud environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues in a fast-paced agile setting.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role with strong expertise in AWS cloud services.
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Familiarity with container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes or ECS.
• Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, or similar) for automation.
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline tools and practices.
• Knowledge of cloud security principles and best practices.
• Passion for problem-solving and improving system reliability in a dynamic fintech environment.
