Project Manager – Insights & Range Perception
Location: Älmhult, Sweden (Hybrid – 2-3 days/week onsite)

About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead the development and implementation of a global product perception tracking system. This role is central to driving strategic insights that shape product offerings across diverse markets. You will manage cross-functional collaboration, external partnerships, and data-driven initiatives to ensure that consumer preferences are effectively captured and translated into actionable business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end setup and evolution of a product perception tracking system in partnership with external suppliers.
- Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful implementation.
- Analyze perception data and other sources to generate insights that inform product strategy across more than 50 markets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to embed insights into product development and commercial decision-making.
- Produce regular, actionable reports for stakeholders based on tracking data.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the tracking system.
- Manage supplier relationships to ensure alignment and high-quality delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field (Advanced degree preferred).
- Proven experience in project management within consumer insights, market research, or related domains.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into strategic actions.
- Experience managing tracking systems and working with external vendors.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
Desirable Skills
- Experience in the retail or consumer goods industry.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools or programming languages (e.g., SPSS, R, Python).
