Job Description

• Plan, implement, and continuously improve system monitoring, backup, security, and disaster recovery processes to ensure the uninterrupted and secure operation of IT infrastructure.
• Manage server, network, data center, and cloud infrastructures; monitor performance, perform troubleshooting, and coordinate with third-party service providers.
• Play an active role in the deployment, integration, and maintenance of new applications and systems; design, implement, and manage CI/CD processes and automation workflows.
• Install, configure, and manage web servers, particularly IIS; ensure the high availability of web applications and optimize deployment processes.
• Install, monitor, back up, and optimize the performance of relational database management systems, especially SQL Server.
• Automate application lifecycle management using DevOps tools such as Git, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes; manage infrastructure as code (IaC).
• Set up, configure, and manage monitoring, logging, and incident response tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and SIEM to enhance system visibility and responsiveness.
• Maintain systems in compliance with information security policies; manage patching, access control, and authorization processes to ensure audit readiness.
• Develop, maintain, and update procedures, documentation, and record-keeping processes for all IT services; ensure readiness for internal and external audits.
• Actively participate in digital transformation, infrastructure improvement, and automation projects; lead project planning, resource tracking, and execution phases.

Specific Skills and Competencies

• Bachelor's Degree in related area , at least 5 years of working experience and English as a foreign language are needed.
• Server administration (Windows, Linux)
• Proficiency in DevOps processes and tools (CI/CD, IIS, .NET application management)
• Installation, configuration, and management of IIS and SQL servers
• Experience with cloud services (Microsoft 365, Azure)
• Experience in managing third-party service providers
• Knowledge of security information and event management (Firewall/WAF, SIEM)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on user satisfaction
• Proactive and solution-oriented approach
