👩‍💻 What You’ll Be Doing?

• Monitor, implement, and test internal control mechanisms in accordance with ISO 27001 and ISAE 3402 standards
• Prepare risk and control matrices for IT processes (software development, service delivery, support, etc.)
• Evaluate, test, and improve IT infrastructure and information security controls
• Analyze the effectiveness of control activities and provide improvement suggestions
• Prepare, implement, and report on internal control plans
• Collaborate closely with process owners to strengthen control points
• Ensure the preparation of necessary data and documentation for internal control processes
• Conduct control risk assessments during new process implementations or system changes
• Lead initiatives to raise awareness of internal control across the organization

✍️ What You’ll Bring?

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related 4-year program
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in internal control, internal audit, information security, risk management, compliance, or process management
• Preferably experienced in IT infrastructure and information security processes
• Experience with frameworks such as ISO 27001, ISAE 3402, COBIT, ITIL, or COSO is a plus
• Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC), IT support, and service delivery processes
• Preferably familiar with IT infrastructure (network, systems, servers, access control) and information security tools (firewall, SIEM, DLP, etc.)
• Strong analytical thinking, reporting, and communication skills

✅ Preferred Certifications

• ISO 27001 Lead Auditor / Internal Auditor certification
• Familiarity with ISAE 3402 audit processes
