Troubleshoot and resolve network issues while supporting seamless communication between various stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues.
- Communicate with factory staff and senior stakeholders.
- Ensure smooth integration between IT and OT environments.
- Coordinate designs within the team and across various teams.
- Document network configurations and standard operating procedures.
- Participate in redesign and upgrade projects while minimizing disruptions.
- Perform root cause analysis of network connectivity issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote knowledge sharing.
- Facilitate smooth delivery and handover of projects.
- CCNA certification.
- Hands-on troubleshooting experience in networking.
- Knowledge of Cisco network products (routers, switches, firewalls).
- Familiarity with Microsoft AD, DHCP, DNS.
- Strong communication skills.
- Cisco ISE, Catalyst center, SD-WAN experience.
- Familiarity with GNSS antennas and related hardware.
- Knowledge of SIEMENS network products and OT infrastructure.
- Experience with Cisco 9800-series WLCs.
