This role involves a Network Engineer focusing on connectivity within the Network and Connectivity team. The main objective is to resolve network connectivity issues, ensuring compatibility with existing infrastructure and security, while supporting OT and IOT devices within an IT environment.

Main Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and resolve network issues while supporting seamless communication between various stakeholders.

• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues.
• Communicate with factory staff and senior stakeholders.
• Ensure smooth integration between IT and OT environments.
• Coordinate designs within the team and across various teams.
• Document network configurations and standard operating procedures.
• Participate in redesign and upgrade projects while minimizing disruptions.
• Perform root cause analysis of network connectivity issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote knowledge sharing.
• Facilitate smooth delivery and handover of projects.
  
  

Key Requirements:

• CCNA certification.
• Hands-on troubleshooting experience in networking.
• Knowledge of Cisco network products (routers, switches, firewalls).
• Familiarity with Microsoft AD, DHCP, DNS.
• Strong communication skills.
  
  

Nice to Have:

• Cisco ISE, Catalyst center, SD-WAN experience.
• Familiarity with GNSS antennas and related hardware.
• Knowledge of SIEMENS network products and OT infrastructure.
• Experience with Cisco 9800-series WLCs.
