Job Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business needs, objectives, and

challenges.

• Conduct interviews, surveys, and workshops to gather functional and technical
  
  

requirements.

• Analyze and document business processes, systems, and workflows.
  
  

Create business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and use

cases..

• Develop, own and manage product roadmaps for multiple products by determining and
  
  

adhering to release goals and features prioritization based on a customer value.

• Conduct various researches to identify strengths and weaknesses of existing products, as
  
  

well as market and competitors-related opportunities and threats, present improvement

and issues resolution plans.

• Support marketing ad sales by defining product launch timelines, participate in product
  
  

promotion planning.

• Define and successfully manage budgets for the products being developed.
  
  

Bachelors or master’s in engineering with 8+ years of experience in Product Management

and Engineering.

• Knowledge of both SaaS and “on-premise” software deployment architectures and their
  
  

impact on customers' experience.

• Proven track record in launching successful product/solution under Agile and startup
  
  

environment.

• Experienced in developing product strategies with effective communication/advisory to
  
  

customers.

• Profound engineering experience is the must to be able to guide fundamental technology
  
  

decisions.
