About The Role

This is not your typical ML role. You’ll work on high-stakes, applied challenges, designing and implementing machine learning models that directly influence how critical systems operate in emerging and evolving markets. From ideation to deployment, you'll help turn state-of-the-art research into robust systems that make a difference on the ground. You’ll be joining a mission-focused, technically elite team operating in a highly agile environment where AI isn't an add-on, it's the engine.

In This Role, You Will:

Innovate and Deploy

Architect, build, and refine advanced language models and GenAI solutions that streamline and modernize complex, often manual, workflows. You’ll bring intelligence into environments where it previously didn’t exist, across sectors that are now ready to leapfrog with AI.

Drive Real-World Impact

Partner with internal teams, external stakeholders, and field operators to deeply understand operational bottlenecks and deliver ML-powered tools that solve them. You’ll be involved from problem definition through to final deployment and optimization.

Optimize and Scale

Develop end-to-end ML systems, from custom pipelines and model inference layers to model tuning and live monitoring. You’ll help systems scale from prototype to production and evolve as real-world feedback comes in.

Learn and Lead

Contribute to technical direction, best practices, and team growth. Participate in design and code reviews, stay sharp on the latest developments in GenAI and LLMOps, and support a culture of engineering excellence.

Operate on a Global Stage

Deploy your work across diverse markets and use cases. You’ll collaborate closely with on-the-ground teams to localize solutions and ensure they continue delivering tangible results over time. Your code will not sit on a shelf, it will power frontline decisions.

You Might Thrive In This Role If You:

• Are open to relocating or taking on a 12 month deployment in the UAE.
• Have 2+ years of experience in building and deploying ML models in production environments.
• Are hands-on with GenAI technologies; LLMs, reasoning engines, retrieval pipelines, and AI agents.
• Have worked with ML stacks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX and can reason about model architecture and performance trade-offs.
• Understand systems thinking and are as comfortable talking data pipelines as you are discussing inference tuning.
• Are entrepreneurial, adaptable, and self-directed—you like operating in dynamic environments and solving messy, high-ownership problems.
• Enjoy working across domains and alongside cross-functional collaborators: engineers, domain experts, operators, and technical leaders.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in field engineering, applied AI delivery roles, or customer-facing ML implementation work.
• Knowledge of cloud architecture, distributed systems, or productionizing models at scale.
• Regional language fluency or cross-cultural collaboration experience.
• Degree(s) in Computer Science, AI, Mathematics, or related fields.
