Business Intelligence Manager

We’re looking for a Manager – Business Intelligence to join our client’s Data & AI department in Dubai. You will lead the Business Intelligence Competency Center (BICC), managing a high-performing technical team and delivering enterprise-grade reporting and analytics solutions.

🧠 What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in BI/Data Warehouse projects with team leadership responsibility
• Hands-on expertise in ETL, SQL, and SAP BO
• Strong background in data modeling, analytics, and reporting automation
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, Sybase, MS SQL Server)
• Exposure to banking operations is a plus
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
