Product Manager, Security Engineering - Data

Responsibilities
Team Introduction
The team is dedicated to building infrastructure, platforms, and technologies, while supporting cross-functional teams to protect our users, products, and systems. Here, you'll have a unique opportunity to gain first-hand exposure to the company’s strategic security initiatives—particularly in developing scalable, secure-by-design systems and solutions. Our challenges go beyond typical day-to-day technical issues; you'll be part of a team that’s tackling novel problems not yet solved by major tech players. We work fast, at scale, and with real impact.

Responsibilities
1. Develop product strategies and roadmaps based on customer needs, market research, and product analysis.
2. Work closely with backend/frontend/data engineers, managing the full lifecycle of security data products and providing product support, including requirements definition, product design, project management, and operations.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with 3–5 years of relevant product experience.
2. Strong product sense, data-driven mindset, and a focus on delivering measurable product outcomes.
3. Highly self-motivated, strong in logical thinking, enjoys challenging work, and demonstrates openness, adaptability, and creativity.
4. Excellent multilingual communication skills and the ability to work effectively across teams.

Preferred Qualifications
1. Experience in data product management is preferred.
2. Proficiency in data security-related business/domain is a plus.
