Project Management Office (PMO) Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement project management standards, tools, and best practices
• Oversee and support project managers to ensure project delivery meets scope, cost, and quality requirements
• Monitor project progress, risk, and resource allocation; provide reports and dashboards to management
• Maintain master schedules, project documentation, and ensure compliance with governance
• Align projects with business strategy and facilitate stakeholder communication
• Lead risk management, change control, and continuous process improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
• PMP® or equivalent certification preferred
• 5–10 years of experience in project/program management
• Strong leadership, planning, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience in infrastructure, IT, or engineering project environments
