About The Role

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Frontend Developer to join our dynamic team at Brooksource, working with a leader in the technology and automotive sectors. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of next-generation customer experiences by building modern, seamless user interfaces atop PEGA and Java-based applications. As a key member of our team, you will leverage your expertise in React, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) to craft innovative solutions that enhance user engagement and operational efficiency. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Proven experience in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) development.
• Extensive experience building user interfaces with frameworks such as ReactJS; experience with TypeScript and AngularJS is a plus.
• Familiarity with Java and the Spring Boot framework.
• Experience developing RESTful web services and APIs.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms is advantageous.
• Strong passion for customer experience (CX) and a solid understanding of Design Thinking principles.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and CI/CD principles.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Define, design, develop, deploy, and support services and applications in collaboration with senior engineers.
• Engage with business stakeholders to identify challenges and develop innovative technical solutions that meet organizational needs.
• Collaborate with technical experts to create sustainable, scalable, and future-proof software solutions.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality functional and non-functional requirements within deadlines by applying Agile and lean principles.
• Implement extreme programming practices such as paired programming, mobbing, Test-Driven Development (TDD), and CI/CD.
• Work closely with engineering teams to understand project requirements and develop solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives to maintain high standards of code quality and performance.

Work Schedule and Location

This is a full-time, remote position requiring an 8-hour day shift from Monday to Friday. The flexible schedule allows you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to impactful projects.

Experience

Minimum of 5 years of front-end development experience is preferred, demonstrating a strong track record in building and maintaining sophisticated user interfaces.
