Backend Engineer

We are looking for a Backend / GenAI Engineer to join our team and play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining scalable backend systems. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop robust APIs, integrate GenAI models into production environments, and contribute to the overall architecture of our platform. Requirements

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a backend engineer, with strong exposure to production-grade GenAI systems
Proven hands-on experience in designing and deploying scalable backend architectures
Solid practical experience working with large language models, prompt design, and prompt optimization techniques
Proficiency in Python (or equivalent), with experience in backend frameworks
Familiarity with GenAI orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, semantic agents) and multi-agent collaboration protocols (MCP)
Strong understanding of cloud platforms, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems to power advanced GenAI applications
Develop robust APIs and services that integrate with large language models, prompt pipelines, and agent orchestration frameworks
Optimize prompt engineering workflows, prompt chaining, and response handling to deliver efficient, high-quality generative AI outputs
Implement and manage frameworks for GenAI agent management, including multi-agent collaboration patterns (MCP).
