WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Drive 3 main customer facing development directions through all phases of software development life-cycle;
• Manage and mentor multiple engineering teams with up to 30 people on board;
• Manage and report on project scope, schedule, timelines, dependencies and resources;
• Engage with product management and play a key role in incident and business support management;
• Lead team meetings (daily, weekly, monthly as appropriate) with project teams;
• Maintain an attitude of commitment and exhibit responsibility for the needs of the team members;
• Continually refine and optimize workstreams and processes for the development organization.

MUST HAVES

• 3+ years of experience in Project Manager roles;
• Previous experience working with distributed/remote teams;
• Proven experience managing IT support teams in a 24/7 environment;
• Strong knowledge of incident management, ticketing systems (e.g., Jira), and escalation processes;
• Ability to define and track performance metrics (KPIs, SLAs, MTTR, etc.);
• Excellent organizational and team leadership skills;
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities;
• Experience with postmortem analysis and continuous improvement initiatives;
• Upper-Intermediate English level.

NICE TO HAVES

• An engineering background as a software or QA engineer is highly desirable;
• Track record in overseeing compensation processes.
