We’re expanding our BI & Analytics team and looking for a Business Analyst (Power BI) to support data infrastructure, reporting, and help the business make smarter decisions through data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Power BI Ownership: develop and maintain dashboards, manage user access, configure refresh schedules, gateways, and implement data privacy and performance optimization.
• SQL & Python Automation: write and optimize SQL scripts, automate reporting and data workflows using Python, Power Query, and build API-based scripts.
• Data Streaming & Real-Time Systems: create systems for automated streaming and real-time data processing.
• Business Analysis & Collaboration: analyze business processes, test hypotheses, prepare ad-hoc reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to evolve reporting.
• User Support & Documentation: provide Power BI support, improve existing reports based on user feedback, and maintain proper documentation.

What We Expect:

• 2+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Data Engineering, or BI Development.
• Solid knowledge of Power BI: dashboards, DAX, RLS, gateways, performance tuning.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.
• Python proficiency for data automation, scripting, and API handling.
• Familiarity with building and optimizing data pipelines and data lakes.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and business-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills: ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
• English: Upper-Intermediate level or higher (B2+).
