- 2–3 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer
- Design clean, engaging, and responsive user interfaces using Figma
- Conduct UX research to uncover user needs, behaviors, and pain points
- Develop user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to deliver well-rounded design solutions
- Conduct usability testing and integrate feedback into iterative design improvements
- Ensure consistency across all design elements by adhering to established design systems and brand guidelines
- Strong portfolio (e.g., Behance or personal website) demonstrating past design projects and process
- Proficiency in Figma and other industry-standard design tools
- Ability to conduct user research, analyze insights, and translate findings into actionable design decisions
- Solid understanding of UX principles, accessibility, and user-centered design
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate design rationale
