To help us reach this ambitious goal, we’re seeking a talented Senior Full-stack Software Developer to join our team.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and maintain custom ERP systems and websites, driving our tech forward.
• Collaborate with a team of developers, conducting code reviews and offering improvements.
• Lead technological innovations and suggest process improvements.
• Manage and mentor a team, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Participate in all phases of feature development, from design to implementation.
• Work on diverse integration projects across departments.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of software development experience with a strong command of Java.
• DevOps skills and a solid understanding of responsive layout, mobile-first design.
• Proficiency in API design principles (REST, JSON) and Continuous Integration/Delivery.
• Excellent team management and communication skills.
• Fluency in English and a self-driven, analytical mindset.
• Familiarity with our tech stack (Java 17, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, Vue.js, React, and more) is a plus, but we value adaptability and a willingness to learn.
