About The Job

The blp Platform Team is laying the groundwork for global scale, meeting unprecedented customer demand with real technical firepower. For this team we are looking for top-tier, ambitious engineers who want to go deep on technical challenges, have maximum ownership, and shape the future of our fast-scaling AI company. Led by our CTO, this is a tight-knit, high-caliber team of engineers constantly pushing the limits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications and deliverables.
• Architect, build, and own robust backend services in Go
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering leadership
• Perform code reviews and enforce high engineering standards
  
  

Requirements - Must:

• 3+ years of backend development experience
• Proven track record of building and scaling production-grade systems
• Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure (GCP, AWS, or Azure) - Mastery of Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and modern dev workflows
• Expert in relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and performance tuning
  
  

Requirements - Nice to Have:

• Experience with Golang
• Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
