Now, they’re seeking an experienced, commercially-minded Product Manager to take the reins of their locally manufactured residential product portfolio. This is a newly created role - and a rare greenfield opportunity to build, shape and drive the product strategy from day one.
About the Role
Reporting to senior leadership, you’ll be responsible for end-to-end product management across a core residential range that includes Fixed Evaporative Coolers, Ducted Gas Heaters, electric heating alternatives and smart controllers. Your mission? Own the portfolio, elevate the customer experience, and position the brand as the go-to provider for dealers and distributors nationwide.
Key focus areas include:
- Portfolio ownership – Lead product strategy across a suite of locally manufactured HVAC systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and market needs.
- Competitive intelligence – Build a dynamic, data-driven view of the market to guide innovation and outpace competitors.
- Customer journey insight – Map customer touchpoints and pinpoint opportunities to improve experiences across the lifecycle.
- User experience leadership – Champion usability and product performance to drive loyalty and brand preference.
- Go-to-market execution – Collaborate cross-functionally on successful product launches, enhancements, and end-of-life transitions.
- Lifecycle management – Guide products through every phase with a focus on continuous improvement and long-term value.
- Dealer network support – Be visible and hands-on with channel partners, bringing real-world feedback into the product roadmap.
About You:
You’re a commercially savvy Product Manager with experience in manufactured goods—ideally in HVAC, appliances, consumer electronics, or adjacent sectors. You understand how to blend customer insight, competitive analysis, and commercial priorities into smart, market-ready product strategies. You enjoy being out in the field, engaging with customers and channel partners, and thrive in a role where you can influence outcomes from concept to launch.
