As we continue to expand our digital capabilities, we're looking for an AI Solutions Engineer based in our Campbellfield office and reporting to the Chief Information Officer, who’s not only technically talented, but also curious, people-oriented, and committed to ethical, responsible innovation.

How You’ll Make a Difference

Listen first, gather insights from diverse voices to shape relevant AI solutions
Be an expert voice on BildGroup’s AI Council
Design and deliver smart, secure, and scalable tools that reduce manual effort and empower users
Collaborate openly across departments and guide teams on AI best practices
Integrate AI with everyday business tools, creating real-time, practical impact
Be mindful of ethics through the delivery of AI solutions
Build trust through strong transparency and inclusive technology
Stay ahead of emerging trends, bringing new ideas and tools into the conversation

What You’ll Bring

A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Bonus if you bring construction industry experience, but your fresh perspective matters just as much.
A strong track record of delivering AI/ML solutions that quickly move from concept to production.
Excellent knowledge of multi-step AI workflows, orchestration, and agentic AI deployments.
Confidence navigating cloud platforms like Azure AI, Amazon Bedrock, and voice/video solutions.
At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Python; building, testing, and deploying real solutions.
The ability to connect with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders with ease and clarity.
Comfort working with tools like LangChain, Azure AI, AutoGen, Power Platform, and open-source LLMs.
