About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with a strong engineering background and expertise in the capital markets domain, specifically in clearing risk and margin risk. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking and executing project plans, measuring progress, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project/Program Management: Lead and manage multiple projects or programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Capital Markets Expertise: Apply in-depth knowledge of the capital markets domain, with a focus on clearing risk and margin risk, to guide project execution.
• Project Planning and Execution: Develop, track, and execute detailed project plans, ensuring milestones are met and deliverables are achieved on time and within budget.
• Progress Measurement: Implement effective metrics and reporting mechanisms to measure project progress and performance.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain strong communication channels with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
• Engineering Collaboration: Leverage a strong engineering background to collaborate effectively with technical teams, ensuring technical requirements are met.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience in project/program management, with a focus on capital markets.
• Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of clearing risk and margin risk within the capital markets domain.
• Engineering Background: Solid engineering background, with the ability to understand and contribute to technical discussions.
• Project Management Skills: Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and progress measurement.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues proactively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
