Are you a data-driven thinker with a passion for innovation and impact? My client is Australia’s leading fintech who are on a mission to enrich the financial wellbeing of all Australians—and want your help lead the charge.

We’re looking for a Data Analyst will work closely with product, marketing, engineering, and leadership teams to uncover insights and support the continuous improvement of our platform and services.

🔍 What You’ll Do:

• Design and deliver analytical reports, dashboards, and models that uncover insights and support business growth.
• Analyse customer behaviour, product usage, and operational performance using internal and third-party data.
• Work closely with product, marketing, engineering, and leadership teams to align data initiatives with business priorities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of analytics frameworks, standards, and processes.
• Support development and rollout of data products or features in collaboration with product and engineering teams.

🧠 What You Bring:

• Strong in SQL and experience with data analysis tools (e.g. Python, R).
• Experience building data visualisations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar.
• Understanding of core statistical concepts and how to apply them in business settings.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in a tech, fintech, or high-growth startup environment preferred.
• Familiarity with tools like Mixpanel, Braze, Segment, Google Analytics, or similar platforms is a plus.
