As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the whole project cycle, predominantly from a project management perspective. What’s the coolest about it? Due to the specifics of our project landscape, please be noted that for this position we can only consider candidates that are both English and German proficient.

Develop unique customer experiences: In the Consumer Cluster, we work on inspiring projects for the retail and consumer goods industry. This includes consultancy, conception, and development of holistic, cross-channel shopping experiences, hyper-personalized offers and a 360° customer understanding – all supported by AI solutions and approaches.

We are looking for you to join our team as soon as possible in full-time, ideally in Graz, Wels or Vienna and partially home-office (3 days per week).

Your tasks

• You will take care of scoping, user story refinements, estimations and change management including change request handling when planning and implementing digital projects
• You develop detailed project plans with clear scope definitions, set milestones and prioritize different requirements, taking into account schedules, resource allocation and budget requirements
• You will hold regular client meetings in which you will advise the client teams on the various options, opportunities, costs and risks, acting as a trusted advisor
• You manage release and deployment processes and ensure compliance with organizational standards, contractual agreements, KPIs and SLAs
• You proactively identify, analyze and assess project risks, develop appropriate mitigation and emergency plans and communicate significant risks in a timely manner
• You ensure regular, transparent project controlling and reporting (profitability, budget, time, scope, quality, risk) and identify opportunities for improvement in the software development cycle

Your skills

• You have at least two years of relevant professional experience in project management of digital projects (ideally in a service provider / consulting environment) and are at a mid-career level
• You have already successfully completed projects, including adhering to schedules, budgets and the desired quality, as well as experience in risk management and change management
• You have in-depth knowledge of the technologies of web-based services and native apps as well as an understanding of release and deployment processes
• ou have strong communication skills and persuasiveness, can think entrepreneurially and are a team player with leadership qualities
• You have experience in stakeholder management, customer consulting and moderation of cross-functional teams
• You are fluent in German (at least B2 level) and have good English skills (at least C1 level)
