As a reference member, we are looking for an experienced UI Designer.

As part of its digital transformation, our client is reviewing its websites, and would need a UI Designer to work on the new version of those.

The Senior UI Designer takes on more complex design projects and plays a significant role in shaping the overall design strategy. Contributes and enriches the design system, reviews and validates new components, challenges the design of others.

In close collaboration with UX researcher, using our Figma design system, realize wireframes, prototypes and final UI Design
Present ideas, concepts and design solutions to various stakeholders
Communicate design ideas and prototypes to Product Owners, UX Designers and Developers
Prepare and animate ideation workshops and co-design with business, UX Designers and users
Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success via measurable criteria
Create storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
Contribute to team efforts by actively participating in broader UX Chapter activities such as feedback sharing sessions and knowledge sharing

Requirements:

A minimum of 7 years' experience in UI Design, Interaction Design and Information Architecture in an Agile development environment
Strong understanding in UI Patterns, design principles and visual design
Attention to details and works delivered in high standard
Proficient in design software (Figma) as well as in Miro
Use and contribute to the our client’s design system
Bachelor or Master´s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
Present a compelling portfolio that showcases your design projects, emphasizing your problem-solving abilities and the design process. Applications without a portfolio will not be taken into consideration.
Proficiency in HTML and CSS, with an understanding of how designs translate to code.
Bonus: worked in a SiteCore XM Cloud project as past experience.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proven ability to work closely with developers.
Language skill: fluent in English. German, French or Dutch are a plus.
