Bits of your job:

• Produce, maintain, and modify website and user interfaces in alignment with design specifications and user needs
• Create all coded front-end deliverables, ensuring high quality and adherence to project timelines
• Optimize web pages for maximum speed, performance, and scalability
• Identify, troubleshoot, and fix any website issues or bugs that arise during development, testing, or post-deployment
• Develop new features and functionalities to enhance the user experience
• Collaborate with other team members, including designers, developers, and project managers, to ensure cohesive project development

Key expectations:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Development, or a related field
• Some previous experience as a Front-End Developer
• Understanding of key website design principles
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, SCSS, JavaScript, NodeJS, GIT
• Advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to debug and resolve technical issues effectively
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members
• Demonstrate fluency in both English and Lithuanian, aligning with team expectations
