Role Overview: They are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Digital Asset Sales professional to join our Paris-based team. This role is central to expanding our footprint in the digital asset ecosystem, with a focus on stable-coin promotion, financing solutions, and broader crypto-related capital markets activities.

You will be responsible for driving commercial engagement with both crypto institutions and traditional financial clients across EMEA, including the UK and Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with crypto brokers, market makers, exchanges, and institutional investors.
• Promote and structure financing solutions around stable-coins and other digital asset products.
• Collaborate with product, trading, and engineering teams to tailor offerings to client needs.
• Represent the bank in industry discussions and client meetings, positioning us as a leader in digital finance.
• Contribute to the strategic expansion of the digital asset business across EMEA.
• Ideal Candidate Profile
• 5+ years of experience in capital markets sales, preferably with exposure to digital assets or crypto finance.
• Strong network within the crypto ecosystem (brokers, exchanges, market makers).

Proven ability to operate in a regulated banking environment while engaging with non-traditional counterparties.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a deep understanding of both traditional finance and emerging digital asset markets.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Paris.
