We do this by acting as a digital outsourced regulatory department and working with clients to support them in establishing a high-performing internal regulatory function.

As an HR Coordinator, you'll play an essential role in ensuring our team's success by managing a wide range of administrative tasks, organising key meetings and events, crafting top-notch presentations, and arranging the company's daily operations. Please note: This position is part-time for a maximum of 32 hours/week and requires working from our Berlin office!
Key Responsibilities:
1.Talent Acquisition:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate selection support
- Post job openings on job boards, company website, and social media platforms
- Coordinate and schedule interviews
- Assist in developing and updating job descriptions and recruitment materials
- Proactively sourcing support on LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events
2.Candidate Experience:
- Maintain regular communication with candidates, ensuring a positive recruitment experience
- Conduct initial phone screenings and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, fit, and expectations
3.Employee onboarding:
- Support the planning and coordination of new hires' onboarding processes, ensuring they are equipped with the tools, resources, and knowledge needed to succeed
- Conduct orientation sessions to introduce company culture, policies, and procedures
- Provide continuous support for new employees during their integration period and ensure smooth transition into their roles
4.Enforcing HR Policies:
- Support the communication, enforcement, and adherence to company HR policies and procedures
- Act as a point of contact for employees on HR policies
- Help to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, working closely with the HR team to update policies as needed
- Conduct routine checks and ensure all employee files are up to date and in compliance with internal policies and legal standards
5.Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
- Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define recruitment strategies
- Keep hiring managers updated on recruitment progress and provide candidate assessment and feedback
6.HR Administrative Support:
- Assist in maintaining accurate recruitment and employment records
- Support in generating reports and analytics on recruitment and company KPIs
- Participate in HR team meetings and provide insights on recruitment and onboarding trends and challenges
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.
- German, Spanish or Hungarian language skills are a plus
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with an exceptional eye for detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Experience with scheduling software and tools is a plus.
