Internship Overview:

As a UI/UX Design Intern, you will support the design team in building and optimizing Bybit’s European market presence. This role offers hands-on experience in cross-border payment products, fiat deposit/withdrawal flows, and user growth initiatives while collaborating with global teams.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing UI/UX solutions for Europe-focused products, including payment systems, P2P trading, and promotional campaigns.
• Help create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma or Adobe Suite.
• Conduct competitor research and user experience analysis to propose data-driven optimizations.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure designs align with business goals and user needs.
• Support localization efforts to adapt designs for European markets.
• Participate in design reviews and contribute creative ideas to enhance usability and engagement.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (graphic design, interaction design, etc.).
• Basic proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools; interest in motion/visual design is a plus.
• Strong interest in fintech, crypto, blockchain, or Web3; prior exposure is advantageous but not required.
• Good communication skills in English (mandatory); additional European languages are a bonus.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
• Portfolio or project samples demonstrating design thinking (school projects accepted).
• Language proficiency in Chinese is a big plus.
